I had a connection problem from Dec.15th to Dec.18th despite renewal of my subscription. I contacted technical support twice but to no avail. In fact, the line was hanged up in the second time before answering. I had no choice but to call sales and finance where I was answered by Russel who showed absolute professionalism, technical competence, and patience.
