A friendly NZ based customer service team that answer the phone promptly and actually help. Such a refreshing change from the BS & lies I got from my previous Internet provider.

A relatable NZ team who speak kiwi & do what they say they will. Minimal wait to speak to someone, clear advise & prompt updates.

I have been with NOW for a couple of years. I find that their service and support is excellent and if I do have a problem, I talk to someone local.

Great value for money considering the other companies that offer the same services at a cheaper price, but from experience they are slow and cut out consistently. I am living residential but for the price you can't go wrong. Also, being a small nz company the support team are quick replying and very helpful weather on the phone or via email.

My dad joined now for phone and internet and I was impressed, you actually got to talk to real people, waiting times weren't overly long either just all round easy to deal with.

Slingshot- broadband rubbish, service disinterested and annoying, and trying to get an account that works frustrating. So now I am back shopping for an internet provider that can combine service and good pricing.
